Executive Director of the Facility Management company, owned by MARAKEZ. Before that, Maram was the mall director of Egypt's largest shopping mall, Mall of Arabia and was part of the mall's rebranding. She's the first woman mall director in Egypt. She was behind the signing of IKEA West Cairo and several anchor stores at the mall. During her time at Citystars as the mall's Commercial Center Manager, she established the Client Relation Management department which is the first CRM mall department in Egypt and managed to introduce and implement the first prepaid gift card in Egypt. Maram is also the president of Rotary Kasr El Nile, and a member of several renowned organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC, and was certified by many inclding the Institute for International Research IIR, the Global School for Professionals.
